We are seeking an experienced and high performing Global Director of Sales based in London to accelerate our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives managing our international commercial and business development efforts in the UK, US, UAE, India, and Korea, soon expanding to additional territories.

Main Responsibilities:

The Director of Global Sales manages the business development team and carries the primary responsibility for coordinating the full spectrum of sales execution across the globe.

  • Grow sales volume exponentially by focusing on deep portfolio clients and leveraging network effects of marquee customers.
  • Work with regional subsidiaries, JV partnersand general managers for each regiononmajor account planning and sales processesto optimise commercial strategies and guarantee results consistent with rapid growth objectives.
  • Supportthe global teamin the development and lead the execution of a global strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
  • Implement national sales plans by regions/countries by developing field sales action plans.
  • Coordinate a global team of sales executives.
  • Win new clients and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Work with clients to extract business intelligence and data to create an ROI pricing strategy.
  • Accurate forecasting and maintenance of pipeline and CRM.
  • Track changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
  • Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and monitoring work results and performance against objectives.
  • Guarantee commercial results by counselling partners and employees, tracking sales progress and enforcing accountability.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven track record in large corporate (Fortune 500/FTSE 100) B2B sales leading negotiations from lead qualification to close
  • Leadership skills to successfully manage multiple partners and stakeholders in a complex matrix driven organisation
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Expert in Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent CRM and Sales Management Reporting platforms
  • Strong emotional intelligence and people skills capable of navigating complex multinational business structures and cross-cultural sensitivities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with appetite for rapid growth organizations

  • Imaginative and curious
  • Experience in real estate and property management will be a plus
  • Living in/near London; able to travel globally (subject to COVID 19 restrictions)

Including outsourcing the manufacture and supply chain of our patented technology in the UK, US, South Korea, India and the Middle East.

  • Support sales teams and customers by providing them with any assistance as needed during the sales process
  • Help develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Manage CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Provide market analysis, data and guides to help the sales team
  • Develop and monitor sales and customer satisfaction performance indicators
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
  • Keep record of sales trends and perform administrative duties for the sales team
  • Create reports for the sales force regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings
  • Liaise with account managers to help improve and develop specific sales process improvements
  • Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Process customer requests, orders, and complaints

  • Interacting and manage existing customer relationships enabling sales teams to focus on sales instead of addressing customer inquiries
